Kevyesti.fi Flex has no fixed monthly fees. We charge you an applicable percentage service fee for each invoice your customer pays you.

Select Kevyesti.fi Pro when registering. When you send the first invoice that the customer pays, we will charge a fixed amount of 49€ for this invoice. After that, you can invoice unlimitedly for 30 days with no service charge. When the 30 days have expired, we will charge a fixed monthly amount for the next invoice paid, so that you will again have the Kevyesti.fi Pro service for the next 30 days.

When you have done the work and want to invoice your customer, you simply fill in the invoicing information in Kevyesti.fi. Once you've sent an invoice to your client and your client pays it, we'll make sure you get paid quickly.

You can even get your salary in your account in minutes after your customer has paid the invoice, as our customers have access to free domestic instant transfer. Kevyesti.fi also takes care of withholding tax and other statutory payments, so you don't have to worry about bureaucracy.

You can attach a tax-free expense invoice to your invoices if certain conditions are met. You can get tax-free mileage allowance, daily allowance and meal allowance. To qualify for reimbursement, you must provide the exact details requested and have a completed and signed contract of assignment with your client. If necessary, we can provide you with the basis of the assignment agreement free of charge.

Being a light entrepreneur is not tied to anything, you can quit at any time without any additional notifications. Quitting is simple and does not require complex processes.

Yes, you can become a sole trader at any time. This requires applying for a business ID number and registering your business. It may make sense to move if you want to expand your business or manage your own tax and accounting.

YEL insurance, or self-employed persons' pension insurance, is compulsory if your light entrepreneurial activity is continuous and your estimated annual income exceeds €9 208.43 (in 2025). This insurance covers your pension and social security benefits, such as sickness and parental allowances.

The sickness allowance for a light self-employed person is determined on the basis of YEL insurance. If you are insured under the YEL, the amount of the sickness allowance is based on the income declared on the insurance policy. If you are not insured under the YEL, you can get a minimum sickness allowance from Kela.

As a light entrepreneur, you may be entitled to unemployment benefit, but it depends on the income you earn and the amount of work you do. If the light entrepreneurship is a secondary activity and the unemployed person can show that the work does not prevent him/her from taking up a full-time job, he/she may be eligible for unemployment benefit. It is important to contact the TE Office and inform them of any income.
